Carnival Cruise Update

Well I posted a message afew days ago that we sent an email to Carnival Cruise Line. It seems they are not very interested in our concerns or issues as I have not yet received anything back from them. Is it me or do others find it odd in today's economic climate that customer service seems to be going down hill. I find it shocking that a huge company like Carnival would ignore the issues of a paying customer. The amazing part to me is 1) thier stock is down over 28% for the year 2) people are going on less cruise so when they see a group going on one they don't care to try and make them happy, especially when it wouldn't cost them any MONEY and 3) they don't even take the time to respond, I took time to write the email they should take the time to respond.

Hmmmmmmm maybe that is why the stock price is down?

Or maybe they don't realize with the power of the internet that when you upset one person they are not only going to tell 10 people but blog about it and tell thousands.

But, if they do respond I would be very fair and let you all know what they say and/or do hmmmm hope they don't throw me overboard.
